Privacy, in plain language

This page is short on purpose. Our whole business is built on collecting as little as possible.

What we collect

• If you take the free checklist: your first name and email address. Nothing else.
• If you buy the packet: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
• If you email us: whatever you choose to write. Please never email us passwords or account numbers — we will delete them and ask you not to send them again.

What we NEVER collect

• Passwords — yours, your spouse's, anyone's.
• Social Security numbers or tax IDs.
• Full bank, card, or account numbers.
• Your completed packet, your documents, or anything you write inside the packet. It lives in your own Notion workspace, your own Drive, or your own binder — never on our systems.

What we do with what we collect

• Send the thing you asked for, run your purchase, and (only for members) run your annual review reminder.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
• We use privacy-respecting, aggregate site statistics (pages visited), not advertising trackers, at launch. If that ever changes, this page changes first, with the date.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Ask us to delete your information: email us from the Contact page and we will confirm deletion.
• Children: this product is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

This draft will be reviewed by an attorney before the site launches and will be updated with the final legal entity details, data-retention periods, and state privacy rights language at that time.
